Throughout Scott's career, he has worked with a number of companies (public & private) and is a Recognized Independent Security Consultant (RISC). He has been recognized for his work with the FBI, DHS, and DOJ. He assesses and identifies risks & vulnerabilities within an organization, implements safeguards to increase organizational safety & security while reducing workflow disruptions and liability. Scott has proven time and again his ability to deploy sophisticated physical security strategies that keep operations secure, people safe, and assets protected.

 

Scott works with stakeholders, safety committees and other key personnel to create effective ways to prevent workplace misconduct, ensure workforce safety, and reduce workflow disruptions. He assists organizations with protect themselves from important & complex legal issues including foresee-ability and other HR related components.

 

"Foresee-ability" is a legal term that in the past has shielded organizations from being held liable for things deemed"out of an organizations control or done by a third party". But now, courts have begun denying that defense and are eroding these long standing protections, finding organizations negligent if they are not proactively addressing & training their employees on these potential risks.

 

It is important to remember, Enterprise Security is not only about dealing with the things that can negatively impact an organization, it also helps creates a positive & safe workplace for everyone...
